im not, because im going to use some footage from TYCD, i dont care if anyone sees it if it ends up on tv but i don't want to spoil the vdeo.

i asked Sam B if he could hook me up with one of his songs if its studio quality, you guys should ask some local bands because thats gets their shit heard too

I dont completely believe that theres a law that says you can use 30 seconds. I doubt coca cola gets to use a song of their choice without paying for a superbowl ad...sounds like an urban myth to me

i know theres somthing like if you use a song in a video, you can only sell 500 copies of it, but since this is broadcasting its different and i think that 30 second thing is bullshit unless you can come up with proof

well its gonna be recorded professionally in a studio..put on their album and they are making it just for our video..and they are getting pretty famous in states on the east coast so far.

recording a song and having an album has nothing to do with being famous, im sure theyres just some local band noone outside of whatever hick state your froms ever heard of. i know lots of kids that are in bands and recorded in a studio, doesnt mean anyone out of my areas heard of them

theyre from virgina, and theyre going to be playing in Pennsylvania, PA, according to their tour dates, i wish i knew were Pennsylvania PA was
