Went to prom alone, had an amazing time
many of my buddies dates pissed them off big time at one time or another cause girls+prom=batshit crazy but I have plenty of friends who had a great time with their dates.

dances are really fun if you just go to them and try to have a good time. don't stand around and try to seem cool. you're not. just dance and if you think you look like an idiot, you're doing it right. it's all about fun, just like scootering. you don't care what skaters think when you ride passed them on a scooter, do you? why care what random highschoolers think at some other school's dance?
just my 2 cents. it helps to have bros at the dance, though, to look like idiots with you.

I brought my girlfriend with that time, and we just made complete asses out of our selves the entire time, it was so fun.
My junior prom was last Friday. It was pretty damn fun to be honest. Its not as gay and fancy as some kids think. Once the lights go out shit gets pretty awesome. I went with a bunch of my friends which made it a lot more fun. When it ended we all went to one of the girls' house and had a pretty good time haha.
Just go, man. Prom is something you just cant miss. I'm for sure going to senior prom next year.

i'm also home schooled and it's also my senior prom and a girl also asked me to go. but i'm not fucking going, to much money to go torture myself haha.

i went to my prom with pretty much a random girl because my girlfriend of a year broke up with me a month before. then i didnt go to any parties cause everyone had to have it at a beach house or hotel and they litteraly all got rolled and this kids parents got arrested for supplying minors. my Prom sucked ass lol
I go to an all guys catholic school. So I was expecting prom to be all gay and catholic and shit. Turns out everyone just grinded all night. Twas fun.
