You are looking at a 2008 Proper TTL BMX bike! It has a 20.8" top tube. The gear ratio is 25-9. It comes with brakes on it, if you don't like brakes, the brake mounts are removable. I bought this summer of 2008 and used it about 3 times. All the parts and the frame cost $1357 new. There is nothing wrong with this bike just some minor scratches. All the parts are just as new as the frame except the front wheel, that I took of my old bike. It weighs in at 24.5lbs!!! For the 3 times I did ride the bike it felt very strong and easy to maneuver.
