Aww Andrew's first lawsuit?

Highly doubt it. Since Andrew most likely registered the company as Proto Scooters. And nothing on the site seems to give off a reason that they may have blatently ripped Proto Scooters off. Logo's look nothing alike, not even the fonts they used. Only thing that is somewhat similar, which I'm sure is just a coincidence, is the websites layout. Even though Andrews looks a hell of a lot better all round. Logo, layout design/graphics, etc.

I know but i always tell the people who rep it around here that they copied off a scooter and they always end up argueing but i always win haha

I'd be more worried about Lucky scooters v. Lucky bearings. There is also Simple bikes, it's not a big deal. If Proto tools, bikes, and paintball have been getting along they shouldn't be worried about one more Proto company. And I'm sure they could care less about scooters. So don't count on any lawsuits unless Bobby Gurba is running one of the other Protos.

i have a friend that is a lawyer and she said that if proto scooters ever runs into a problem with a name copyright that they could just use the excuse of "you don't have a problem with all the other proto companies so we thought we could use proto scooters" just like josh toy was saying....
she also said that who ever had it copyrighted first has the rights to sew the other companies that follow...
i checked out proto paintball more and
they have there copyright for DYE Precision, Inc. but they are going by proto.
maybe they thought they would run into a problem and used a different name but also proto in a way..
i dont know im just throwing my 10 cents in

Yeah proto's a subset of dye pretty much, they're more or less dye's more affordable line. Not the first company to do anything like that. Plus I wouldn't be too worried about any lawsuits, they're two COMPLETELY different sports.

I got myself banned.
I was just kidding about the lawsuit post guys haha. I would think thats pretty scumbag if he did try to do something about it.

Anyways wtf is this doing in scooter general discussion, to other sports it goes
