Take a dremel and cut a slit with the cutting wheel on the bolt head then get a flathead screw driver and try to unscrew it.

Brass knucks have countersunk screws so you will have to hack the shit out of it to use his method. What he is saying though is that you make a slice in the head of the screw so it accepts a flathead screw driver. Scs uses American hardware right? See if you can find a metric allen wrench that is slightly larger and hit it in with a hammer. If that doesn't work you can use a cutting wheel to cut the screw in half through the slits in the clamp. That will relieve the clamping pressure and the two pieces can be unscrewed individually using needle noses etc. There tons of ways to get out stripped screws, especially larger ones, I'm sure someone can chime in with possibly an easier method.
