Proto Grippers or Sliders? Which is best for me?

I don't like eagles, they slide out easy and wear down fast. I like to ride both park and street the same, and I like a fast, smooth wheel. For someone with this style of riding, which is best? grippers or sliders?

Grippers, smoother and grippier, sliders do last a bit longer though.
