Proto Orion movement

i just go the proto deck and if i lean into my bars they move. its not like when your headset or clamp is loose, its defenitly coming from the deck. the bolts for the headtube are tightend all the way. does anyone have any idea to fix it?

Do you see any cracks in the groove where the headtube slides in?

???No idea either... If your bolts are tight then what you are saying is impossible, lots of us ride Orions and nobody else has had this problem...Hell, even without any bolts at all the Orion neck/deck connection is tight as hell and wouldn't do this. I don't know what to tell you.

Its probably your headset... My neck fits tight in my deck too

its DEFINATELY not the deck, proto's are tank, just to ensure, make sure all the bolts are tighetened anyway, but i doubt it..... maybe its the forks or bars flexing?

i got it fixed. i dont know what was wrong with it but i took the bolts out of the headtube and put them back in and now its fine.
