if it is like other metal cores just take a bolt with some bearings on it and tighten it one at a time and they will go in perfectly

Another question, I have not been able to completely grasp the answer for, the urethane, is the urethane going to last long? I know you said it wont chip, but will it not wear as easy?

Yaks are plastic core with spokes, these are metal core.
