Not some random piece of metal that's not big enough.andrew_ said:Dalton Mazzante said:is there anyway of using the SCS on my slayers without cutting off the slit. like maybe putting a piece of metal inside the bars? idk can anyone help? i dont want to cut my bars just in case i dont like the SCS. and i kinda want a little bit higher of bars.
any help?
ive heard of people putting a bit of forktube in the bottom portion of their bars, i dunno how well it works though
Check your PM.Mr. PROTO said:Everyone who ordered THREADED Striker forks is most likely going to have to send them back to get fixed. The threads are a little too thick for some of those big compression nuts... that is what we get for using inconsistent China made crap to guage our threads. Sorry for the inconvenience. It should be a pretty easy fix though and we'll send them right back.

I tried emailing him but never got an answer....Alex Steezeman said:I would suggest not to PM him, because the PMs on this site are a bit unreliable, and sometimes they just get randomly deleted.
