Proto SCS Warranty?

Is there a warranty on Baby SCS's having stripped slots? my top slot stripped and I wanted to see if there was anything I could do about it. The bolt isn't stripped, the slot is.

that happened to me too,,like the threads are coming off on the top slot?

yeah, and it's not the bolt. i've tried several different bolts. they just continuously rotate. the slot is stripped.

it was the whole top slot.

If the thing is actually stripped then you could probably get it warrantied. Call the SR store.

i called, they said i have to send it and they'll take a look at it.

how can you get pictures of a stripped slot? say the threads of the clamp are stripped, that's what i said and they told me to send it in for evaluation.

The SR Store says the area code is 92081, and yeah, like the threads pretty much tore off and the bolt slides out. I'll probably ship mine early on saturday.
