proto sliders vs. vertx

debating on the two whats everyone else's opinion?

If your hard on wheels get vertx
If you want fast wheels get proto
If you want too save money get vertx
If you want a life time warranty get proto
Imo get vertx...

i think you had a defect as you are the only one i know who did not like them so idk really, my vertx v1 is awesome, really hard urethane that dosent reallt wear down much and i think is pretty fast too

Vertx wheels are great! I love mine, but make sure to get bearing installed! In my experience, proto's tend to dehub

terry price has sliders and says they've lasted ages, which they have.
get sliders, idk anyone with vertx wheels

My VertX wheels are amazing! They are like 1.5 years, but they have gone from 110 to 97/98 mm, and have gotten REALLY hard. But I like them, I can slide my tricks like skaters. Get the protos if you ride wooden ramps, get VertX if you ride mostly concrete ramps/street.
