putting clips together/slo-mo/songs

is there like a certain, cheap program that you can use for this? i'm not big into the editing, i just want to be able to put clips together, put tricks in slow motion, and add a song. maybe an introduction (text).

do you have a windows operating system computer?
because if you do all of them come with a program called windows movie maker
its on your computer probably, just look for it
