Question about lubing/cleaning bearings

Im going to be lubing/cleaning my stock bearings today. Im planning on soaking them in rubbing alcohol. How long is the best amount of time? Do I need to take the plastic side covers off? Lastly, after soaking, can I use 100% silicone spray or white lithium grease as my lube?

Thanks...

I got myself banned.
I would leave them in rubbing alcohol overnight. If you can get the covers off, go for it, but you don't need to.

Silicone spray drys out after awhile, i don't know about white lithium greese. I would just use 3in1 oil for the lube or bearing grease.

Spin them round in the rubbing alcohol for a few minutes and then leave em overnight.
Take them out dry them off with a paper towel to get all the alchohol off. Spin them to check all the dirt is out of them.
Then put 1 or 2 (I recommend 1, but definitely don't put more than two) drops of 3 in 1 oil in them. Slowly spin them to let the oil spread round the bearing,
Whipe any excess oil off the outside.
And enjoy...
