question about PAL and NTSC

ok so im buying a new camcorder butt.... prices on the pal version of the camera i want are a lot higher and its out of stock on B&H

so my question is, could i use a NTSC version on spain witch is pal? because i thought pal and NTSC were just for using it with the TV but is it to do with the voltage of the camera, lmao i don't want to plug it in to charge n then have it explode in the face xD

you will need to get a charger for European outlets you would have to convert it to pal to play correctly on tv

do you meen ill have to jsut change the plug so it fits into a spanish socket or that ill need a compleatly new charger? lol

Yeah you need to get a voltage converter thing to charge the camera.

Since the footage is NTSC, it will display fine on the computer. When you want to watch on the TV, your going to need to convert your finished video to PAL format (i dunno if it would be better to do before you edit or not), i'm pretty sure thats all there is to it. Google will be able to help you out more probably.
