Question on headset spacers

i need some help on how many headset spacers to use. i have broken so many startnuts in my fork and i cant afford another one because i am at college and its too costly to keep on getting new ones and for transit back and forth to my house.

I am running an epic fork phoenix reventon and a proto SCS
I understand that the epic fork is longer than most so i am curious as to how many spacers i would need in order too run the set up successfully and have it be dialed without any wobble.

There is a larger headset spacers and two smaller ones. what one(s) and how many should i use when i am putting this together. please do not post if you do not know the answer. i really need some help.

Just buy a Headset Spacer kit on line but I imagine you have to have a Bike shop in a college town.

I don't have an exact # on spacers to use but they're spacers- try one thin one then 2 etc etc
or one thicker one.

You only need one thick enough to raise the SCS above the fork tube so the Topcap doesn't hit the fork.
