i just ordered micro metal cores and is there anything i should do before i use them? and i ordered one peice bars is there anything i should do there?

Wear a one metal core in the front first

ride your metal core in the front for a few weeks until the urathane hardens and it wont split/crack

Until the urthane is not pure white anymore, when it's almost yellowish.

That dpends on where you ordered them from. Could be a week could be a month.

my "100mm" metal cores i ordered took only 2 months and came "110mm"!! but im kinda happy i got 110 now
