If i raw and polish my lucky prybars will it shine like chrome or as good as polished aluminum, if so how would i polish my bars once sand blasted, or rawed out.

You can polish them to get them pretty shiny, but nothing like polished aluminum. You'd have to get them chromed or polish them as best as you can then clearcoat them.

when i had ultra pros i polished them to like a mirror finish, it almost looked like chrome. i just sanded them down then went to a finer sandpaper and finally super fine sand paper, but it wasnt worth it cuz they rusted lol

You certainly can Polish the steel bars to a mirror finish but
polishing steel bars is an exercise in futility.

This was one of the first knives I made out of an old leaf Spring off a '46 jeep

BUT Knives are different since they are sheathed and putting a little oil on the blade helps keep the rust at bay.. as well as the constant rubbing of the blade against the sheath.

Steel RUSTS and polished steel rust even quicker- you can watch it almost immediately start to rust sometimes. If you live in the South or anywhere with any humidity Fahgetaboutit!!

Even if you clear coat you have to be darn near NASA clean in handling the bars before the clear coat. Any finger prints or ANYTHING left on the bars before Clear coat will start to rust under the clear coat and since the Bars are polished ALL imperfections will show up.

So In conclusion- not worth it (as already mentioned)

This. Sanded my RADs to a mirror finish over the summer, they were so rusty it was rubbing off on my hands in a matter of days.
