Questions about the canon vixia HF20

alright this is the first like good camera ive had and im not really good with the settings and stuff. soo does anyone know what is the best settings to have it in to get the highest quality?

i have it in cine mode 24mbps, and custom wb is there anything else i should be doing? or doing different?



also for sony vegas whats the best way to render it to get the best HD video?
