quick question

im lookign into buying a new camcorder, but im not sure which to go with?
ive heard mini- dv and HiDef cameras are best, but does anyoen ahv any opinions abut which really is?

i would think the HD, but i jst want some second opinions

Hidef the size/format of the video, mini dv is the media. I hidef minidv camera is the way to go. Look at panasonics selection, also canon.
