soooo dopee! lookin forward of geting these!

yea agreedd but sr v2.2 and v1's have the same problem. they twist at the top plate. if u put on some gnar gussets front and back the top plate weld to the bottom of the fork tube will bend. so you gotta do a compromise and make gussets on the back smaller so it will bend just i bit and the race area will bend just a bit. that way one place is not complety fncked. i did that to my sr 2.3's i got them new as v2.2 and welded some gussets and it bend near the race. but other then that then look beast. same with the integrated headtube=]
okay so it will work with my rads?coryM said:^The SCS options on the store just mean than I will cut the bottom two inches off before sending them if you choose yes.
If you choose bars for the RAD compression then it will include the compression with the bars.
If you can get a star nut in the french id fork then YES it will work together.
Peeps been runnin this compression for awhilee.
The compression works only with our Oversized line of bars. And any of our Oversized bars com WITH the rad compression.

These legs are right under the steer tube almost. It will be hard for the plate to bend. And if it does then theres still enough wheel gap to use a thicker plate that won't bend without even having to change the ride hight. IF i decide to beef it up. But this one is pretty damn solid. And I'm also testing other materials for the plate on other prototypes.
kolby crouch said:fork is really nice man, are the gonna come with spacers? cuz if i get them i can never seem to find those kinda spacers. and will you be making a zero offset version of these? because id prolly be down if it had that
that one guy said:yea good point. im pretty sure SR forks are ofset, that is probaly why then bent. try 4130 and heat treat it. that would be sum fnckin strong forks. and make the top plate 1/4 IF you dont do gussets. [just for looks and piece of mind!lol]

Devon Garcia said:cory what is a estimate of how much the forks weigh please becouse i will prob buy some when they come out.
nah, I meant the wall thickness of the forktube. Design looks tuff as hell though, looks like it will hold up for a hella long timecoryM said:Those legs are .095 wall. Dont worry about them bending they are burly as fnck. We might even go thinner eventually. But I like the thickness because it gives me confidence in the welds holding up. I had some with a gusset idea but I might not even use one cause these things are solid as it is.
