i was gonna order the rup complete. & i was wondering if i could cut the rup bars from 26' down to 19' and still fit a threadless fork? help plz!

Yes, You just have to use a hacksaw to cut them down, Then cut a slit if your not using SCS. Here's a video.

i ride ultra pro bars and i cut mine down from 26 to 21 scs.
