on rads website they have a smaller version of the vultures but are called the crow bars but arent they both the same thing?

This is already explained in the crews/website section.

Weve decided that the smaller vultures should have their own name. That is all. Vultures are bigger (24" wide) and the small ones just deserve their own name. So thats it.

Mmmm crows started out as min/baby vultures. I think we might try to get them down to 16" eventually... but pretty much if your going to run that narrow theres no reason for anything other than a T style bar. besides looks.
