Rails and tailwhip rewinds

How come whenever i attempt to grind rails i always slip out?

As for the tailwhip rewinds whenever o try to kick it back around i just end up catching the deck

I had the same problem with rails, just lean more forward and try to land with the deck flat on the rail.

For the rewinds try not to kick the deck on top of it on the griptape, kick the side of deck where you would fingerwhip at.
Heel whip to whip may be easier for you just make sure you use your arms and wrists to whip them.
