ok, first of all as he said you need to search, make sure you click all areas when you search. that should help. but if you can just head to a local skateshop and they should have them

well just stop making so many threads man.
I dont know of anyone who ride any kind of grind "plate"
some people ride with grind rails on the bottom, but i dont really get why, because rails were originally designed to prevent the graphics on skateboards from getting scuffed up.
and you can get them at local skateshops usually.
I have never ridden them because they seem useless to me.

this is a grind plate, suitable for attaching to your inline skates and performing grind tricks.

it looks like you havent been scootering for very long so i really doubt that you need grind rails. i dont think that anyone needs these. or even uses them.
