i have 3 questions.Where do you get grind rails? Will they work on an old a deck? How do you bolt an old a folding mechinesim?

ok bolting an old a is the same as any other scooter. and i was wondering about the grind rails my self, and yes i have searched. here and google

3/8" in the slot and 5/16" behind and bottom. And grind rails are pointless on Old A's.

first of all, grind rails are for homo skaters that are rich enough to buy these silly little plastic strips to put on their board so their board graphics dont get all screwed up.

you defiantly don't need them on a scooter.
and if you think you need them because you cant grind on your old A. that answer is, because your on an old A.
your not going to be grinding curbs on your old A. and these grind plates wont help you.

btw i hated them and took them off after a few weeks but everyone has a different opinion,.

i made my own grind rails out of metal....they work soo good and keep your deck from grinding down and getting weaker.....

You've obviously never tried them. Put them on a pro and see how well it slides. And people don't put them on boards to protect there graphics. Pool and vert riders put them on so it slides on chipped cement on crummy pools and stuff like that.
