I couldn't find anything that tells you how so does anyone know how? I've heard aircraft paint stripper and also heard sand paper. What size sand paper would I use and so on?

use a semi-rough grit of sandpaper (220, or around there) and then once you get rid of all the paint smooth it out with smaller grits (400, 600+)
but paint stripper obviously works best, no sanding or work, just leave em in there, but not too long, otherwise they can risk rusting? idk, only if the stripper is water based.

aluminium doesn't rust, so if it's aluminium then just leave it in there

Forsure, sanding is pretty easy, i know i just used 400 and it came off within a couple minutes of hard work.

no use paint stripper.theres one that hep greg recommended but i forgot what , it was like orange and it was oil based so it didnt burn your skin if it got on you. hope it helped

if its anodised use oven cleaner it works really well
