My friend has just bought one, after i said son't coz the headset stuffs up fast.. does anyone know how to fix that? like welding it or something.

You mean the foldy? If you do, try to get a B foldy and drill for it, still super light and stuff, but strong too. If it is some other sh-t, screw A's. Just get a pro.
