Razor Black Label/Eagles

I read somewhere that the Razor Black Label wheels are made for them by Eaglesport. I believe this is complete and utter horseshit. Does anyone have any evidence that can either confirm or bust this statement?

They are i think but they probably won't be as good as proper eagles.

If they are it would be a cheaper type of eagle wheel because the black labels aren't that expensive.
