^^ I was already thinking about making a flex fender when i get a razor dirt scooter. So if razor doesnt make a flex fender for their dirt scooter ill just cut as many as i can get out of a 4'x8' sheet of steel and ill sell them online or on the forum.

make fixed fenders for it

Flex fenders could not be sold on completes due to international safety reasons.

Basically there was a risk that people can cut themselves on it, and couldnt be part of the complete package.

It may be possible that flex brakes can be sold as an accessory with the exception that there is some sort of safety warning on the package.

But by all means, if you can come up with a flexi for yourself, do it.. because production takes a while.

Not all of this is 100% for certain, but I will definitely try to get a flex brake done as an aftermarket accessory.

The brakes on the complete now do their job well, but will make some noise.

So would it be possible for you guys to have the spring brake on it but then have holes drilled for a flex fender so installation would be easier?

Did you use one of these or something?

It's not bad if you have a drill.

Ive chopped one of my brakes on my last dirt scoot, it made a difference.

And its not hard to drill a hole in your deck perfectly.

Get a nail and hammer, line up where you want the hole and hammer the nail lightly.

You should always start with a smaller drill bit and slowly drill with it.
1/8" is usually the largest drill bit that has a full cutting head on it, larger sizes will not cut on flat metal and are made for increasing the size of pre drilled holes.

So, just tap a starter mark, drill slowly with a 1/8" bit, then increase the size of the hole with another bit.
