When you first get your scooter you should always inflate your tires to 75 psi and check for problems before ever riding it. If something is wrong at all with your wheels when you first buy your scoot, It should be returned to the store you bought it and see what they will do for you.
If they won't do anything for you, you can always call customer service here and we can look it over.
But the basic things that wear.. tires, tubes, hubs, bearings, and brakes are not under warranty.
You can expect your tires to go out eventually, and it can't really be judged when, but if you maintain them they will last a long time.
If they were covered I'm sure everyone would be getting in on it for free wheels allll the time, and abusing it lol.
Besides, 200mm x 50 mm tires are cheap and easy to replace online.
$10 for a tube and 85psi tire together in some stores.
Just run them 5 psi lower than their rating, use tire slime for thorns, and check for wear to
give them a longer life.
If it comes with a structural defect in the manufacturing then we want to know about it, and be sure to take photos.
Nothing lasts forever, especially when you are smashing on it with hard riding.
Remember, it is strong, but it is made for a long life on trails and transition, so when you take it to a 20 stair and crack your deck front flipping it.. you will most likely not get a replacement lol.
I take major flaws seriously because of the work I put into it, and want to keep people happy.
why does it say in the manuel to ride only on cement?
i think its a legal thing so if someone gets hurt they can say they rode it wrong, it say on all razor scooters
