No dent anywhere in matt somers unboxing he mentions how it doesn't spin which is like how mine is if i tighten it down it simply doesn't turn. And yes when i unboxed it the headset didnt turn.

Yea mine doesn't turn when you tighten it reallllly tight, but I greased my headset and tightened it till it was perfect and it's solid.
I take it apart every couple weeks because the headset gets dirty easily.. I found actual dirt in my bearings but it is a dirt scoot hahaha. Dirt likes to get caked on the bottom bearing/crown race

Thats weird, i have never heard anything negative about the bearings until now.
If you want you can hit up Phase Two's Facebook with your address and I can send you a new pair of bearings to replace yours and see if it is any better.

We are already working on improving our next generation of dirt scooters from everyones feedback, and we will for sure have a new style of bars that are much wider.

Original specs were supposed to be 21" wide, but due to our box sizes, they were cut back to 20" to fit properly.

People that cannot get to grease easily i feel pretty bad for...I grease my headset probably once every 2 weeks. It is ALWAYS caked with dirt hahaha I suggest everyone buy some grease and grease there dirt scoot headset regularly.

You guys should also replace the crown race, with a sealed one, because yeah, when I take my headset apart there is so much dirt in it.
