hi i might get a dirt scooter for christmas but im a little worried about the 24.8 inch bars since im quite small, i was wondering if i could cut the bars down but im not sure because its hic and would i be able to use scs on the phase 2 dirt scooter?

you can cut the bars just make sure you cut another slit, and yes on the scs just make sure there is NO slit when you run your scs
