Razor old a head set problem?

Hi. i've been trying to take off the forks and head set of my razor old a scooter (threaded headset). But the problem is that i can twist the locknuts to a cetain point, then they just stop moving. i looked closer at the forks and it looks like the size of the threads change and the locknuts wont go on to them and come off. Can somebody please help me?

This is what usually happens when you have had threaded for a while, they just fuck up.

try lots and lots of wd40 of pb lubricant

i just got the first nut off, but now the bigger locknut went halfway off and now won't move. *sigh*

I got a solution. UPGRADE?

just cut the forktube and replace the lot when u do because threaded sucks.
