i can't get my headset cups on my RUP off! what's the best way to get them offf?

Take a flat head (screw Driver) and hammer them out. itll take a while but it will be worth it. or take a pipe wrench (or any other that can fit) and twist em out

I had to crush my friends with a vice to get the bottom one out.

I had to take mine to a bike shop but my headtube was ovalised.

take pro model bars and use the bottom of it and just shove it in the headtube it will fit perfict on the top of the headset cup and jsut hit with a hammer. hope it helped

get a nice and fat flat head with a metal part on the top of it so u can hammer it with out busting up thous plastic ones and stuff...also get the fattest biggest heaviest hammer u can and start beating the hell out of it with all your might, trust me brute force always wins and it will not mess up the deck too!!

yea mine were hard to get out too, just use any of the many methods mention they all work, my rup cups were pretty much glued in it looked like... pretty stupid
