You're so mis-informed. The law makes EVERY single part on any toy, of any model, in every color, of every size get tested for lead. That means a BMX stem has to get tested in each color of each piece, even the screws. So the clamp part in every color, the screws in all colors, and the rear in every color, plus a gyro plate in every color. It's not targeted specifically at bikes either, its for ALL toys. Bikes with wheels 24" or less classify as toys. Thought you should get some information.

Lead poisoning is something that can so easily be avoided but it isnt because we want cheap sh!t quickly.

the thing is that it's costing money for all those tests and it's not all the companies who have all that money so they will go down ... and we don't want that we don't want to have the choice of only a few products from the same company because this company has the money for it like Giant lol
