Really guys? Its a deck anything scooter related is going to break.. Scooter weren't meant for what we are putting them through they are meant to be ridden around on the street or sidewalk..

Go a pair and accept that..

of course im gonna replace the deck. but this week all week i have been working on a v2. I cant stand to see broken decks, and when poeple say all decks break. I consider that a challenge. It is my ultimate goal to build an unbreakable deck or I will die trying, I will never give up and i will never accept that all decks break. this week I oderd a new welding rod it is the most expecive rod that money can buy it is also the highest grade and strongest. other companys wont use it because it cost five times more. the rod we were using cost $5.00 a pound and this stuff cost me $25.00 per pound it is NOT available at any welding shop I had to drive to washington to get it. This rod was made to be used by Boeing on Jets. I have aslo impoved the venting to make heat treating more thorough. I have also oderd die changes to the extrution.
on another note yes we are strugling. our first year we sold 1500 decks. this year we are down to 200 deck sales. so I have to work another job to pay my bills. I dont make any money from TSI. I have been doing this for free.

I like the way matt thinks, thats what makes tsi amazing.. Just because one deck snapped doesnt mean yours is going to snap..
