reasonablly priced cam ?

I am looking for a fairly cheap cam for pics and filming...I would like to get a fisheye on it in the future and i need it to have good audio and picture quality as well as being good at night and with motion... any ideas? I am a complete noob at these type of products..I am just good at getting good angles and timing..hahahah

I got myself banned.
For a video camera get a Panasonic GS320, check bhphoto.com for one. Your not gonna find a good camera that can do both video and pictures.
