Recording Problem

i have the panasonic pv-gs39 and recently i have been having problems with it. when i record something and then play it back there are blue lines across the screen. this is how it records to the tape b/c when i went to capture footy it showed the same thing on my computer.
anybody know wats wrong or how i can fix it?

That use to happen to me but I didnt have lines it was just like a blue screen. When you watch a clip you have to set it back to the end of the last clip and it will problay work.

Buy a head cleaner. You've probably been mixing brands of tapes or something. Run the head cleaner, and try to stick to one brand of tapes. Different brands have different lubricants and when you mix them up your camera heads get dirty and cause glitches and dropouts.

thx bri...thats exactly what i was gunna do..and u nailed it...i used 2 different kinds..thx a lot
