i have an idea for reinforcing the ultra pro headtube
you know how you can reinforce a fork with a pole and tape well what if you get a thick pole that fits in the hole in the bottom of the deck and rap the pole up in tape and hammer it in and cut the rest of the pole off

Jesus, enough with the "_________ = fail", it's not funny. That being said, it is a bad idea. The reason the neck breaks is because the welds crack, a pipe going in the neck wouldn't help anything with the welds.

How are us Ultra Pro riders supposed to reinforce it though because I don't want mine to break.

Unless you do some actual fabrication, you're not going to reinforce the head tube. I don't know much about the manufacturing process of Razors, but the welds are most likely cracking due to the lack of a post-weld heat treat.

I'm not sure how old you are, but you may want to check out a local community college. I hear that my local CC has an excellent welding program. You could do enough research on the internet to have enough knowledge to take your deck somewhere to weld, but the entire project would still be an experiment.

could put my ultra pro deck in like a fire and heat treat it would it be stronger?

That is a horrible idea. However, if you feel like perfecting a fire to an even 990 degrees and then risking your life water/oil quenching your scooter deck, go for it. Keep in mind if it reaches 1060, the aluminum will melt. Oh, don't forget to toss it in your oven at like 320 for 16 hours too, gotta get that t6 heat treat ya know.... Sorry for the sarcasm. No, it would not work.

Edit: I don't mean to be rude through the sarcasm. No pun intended
