i know its been ask tons of times and i've searched but can't find outer reinforcement sizes so can someone please help me.

for aluminum strips its 3/4th inch by 1/4th inch

Might want to go steel the ends of them get beat up sometimes.
Or just buy a couple lengths for when they really crap out.

For aluminum squares its 3/4th inch by 3/4 inch.
with 1/16 inch walls. or 1/8 inch walls. (which ever you prefer they both work)
