Removing decals from bennis bars

Is it possible to remove the decal without damaging the paint so they are all black?

Try using nailvarnish remover, and scratch it off, that's what i did with my addict graphics. I think brake cleaner or something works to but not sure.

goo gone or heat gun but what i did for my bennis bars was i just painted them
