I've done at least 5, about 5 or 6 months ago and none have them have been re-muted or deleted.

Another tip.
If you can be bothered, and the song you're using isn't really effected by it.
You can speed up/slow down the song by around 3-4% i believe.
This helps get around youtube's song detectors, as they don't actually personally review every new video.
