What wouldit being a bank make it not flyout??? It completely is. Still not much style can be put into it., and you happen to be flying out of a ramp... To flat.

IMO its not full fly out but its like a different type of fly out that's harder. plus, once you learn how to do it on a bank its really easy to take it to a hip or ledge

There is only one type of flyout! Its just flyout! It doesn't matter whether its a quarter or a bank. They are both ramps that launch you into the air and then onto flat. Quarters just happen to give you more air, which is not a deciding factor in what makes or doesn't make it flyout. People have been saying that since a bank doesn't get you as much air as a quarter, then it isn't flyout. That's crazy. You can get a little bit of air out of a quarter of you want to, and a lot more air out of a bank if you want to. Its still flyout. Airtime doesn't matter.
