Rolling/Jumping drop in

Don't call me a noob, it's just I never took the time to learn this so I am now. Any tips? I hope you guys all know what I'm talking about. Is it kind of like going up to the edge, putting ur front wheel over, and doing a 2 footed drop in? Or is it like something different altogether?

just ride along the edge and jump in.. I make sure to push my front wheel down and back so it starts rolling down the quarter right off, hten when my back wheel is past the coping I stick that down onto the tranny too.

edit.. you don't really need to even jump, like a tiny little bunnyhop

I kinda do a short manual, and then dip my nose in.
Just to make sure my front wheel clears the coping, then it's pretty much assured that your back wheel won't hit.

Yeah that's what I was talking about. Doing a manual and a 2 foot drop in. It's kinda tough 4 me cause my local bowl is about 8 ft. high so I'm gonna have to man up. I'll try once my sports season is over.

i dont roll in, and i can front scooterflip

don't but I'm sure you can. He's asking for tips on how to do it, so my guess is he can't roll into a quarter, and he's trying to learn front scooterflips

Well. Yeah. I just never took the time to learn rolling drop ins. I'm probably passed it but I never learned. So I'm learning front scooterflips and I'm learning rolling drop ins a little late.

Thank u Jordan. Finally someone that'll support me. Especially someone sponsored. Some people just never learn how to do things because of their local park situation. If you have an all vert and no street section, you could be as good as stan smirnoff in that bowl but not know how to grind a rail. So thank you Jordan.

Yeah. It just kinda sucks for me cause if I wanna learn things in my new bowl I found I have to learn them on an 8 ft. one.

Well theres a few ways to do it. The ways i do it mostly (depending on height, how steep, angle im coming from or whatever) I usually go up to the edge lift my front wheel and when i get over the coping with my front push down hard, like with a regular drop in. But sometimes ill follow the coping and ill jump into. But when im going head on with the quarter i just roll in.

there are NO parks in my area, and I ride strictly street =[ I can go into the largest bank (9 feet was my largest) but I can't drop in for my life. My parents never have time to take me to TIC or hacketstown, so i can't ride park for my life =[
