RUP Spacers

hey, i just got my RUP spacers in the mail for my rup deck.
i put them in, and the spacers wont let the wheel go through.
please, is there anything i can do? my scooter needs to be ready by thursday.

same happened to me use 1 with the black bit and 1 with just the silver metal spacer
