no not at all i have the same problem with older scooters i get

a few options

1.if it's possible take a saw to it
2.get a torch a little hand one and get it hot and do the hammer screwdriver thing.
3.take a drill, drill straight through the top of the bolt, do it big enough so it's the same size as the threads,
put the screwdriver on the side of the bolt and hit it off (this weakens the bolt very much)(or if the top of the bolt is gone hit straight through.)
4. get a new scooter(which no one likes to here)

do u think it would help if i like soaked the bolted part of the deck in somethingg over night??..
if so what should i soak it in and how long do u think?..

yea i already had the spring off and everything.. thx thought guys i finally got it =D 2 hours of non stop hammering and wd-40 =] im torchless=[ ...
