s1 headset installation help

im installing a threadless canecreek s1 headset in my razor pro headtube. It is in almost all the way but has a little space left between the cups and the headtube. will this be a problem?

not so much, but you should get it in all the way

use a hammer and a block of wood. or use a vice. or just ride it, and the will go in on there own, you will just have to keep tightening your headset till they are all the way in

I have this plastic mallet that doesn't ruin the headset, so when it's almost in from the block and wood I just hit the headset with the hammer.

rubber mallets ftw! i have an fsa headset and it wouldn't go completely in either. it rides just fine.
