blackmarket is where youll get em there. soo many peeps just sell em off the street no joke. i swear to God there isnt a single cop near chinatown. you can do anything, sell anything, and buy anything without anybody saying anything to you. freaking awesome.

i dont thinks thats fair for the people who are forced to wear helmets by there parents. and some people like their faces the way they are

Jackson, rules are rules. And for those of you who are "required" to wear helmets don't come. I legally changed my middle name to INFORCER so if there are any stragglers with pads because their parents told them to wear them then they will end up going home without them or will have to go swimming in the bay to retrieve them... Riding street isn't for everyone, and for those who are worried about getting "injured" , by all means don't ride or just walk and participate as a spectator...
