So im getting kinda sick of my black on gold sliders, and i was wondering if i sandblasted them if they would look like the black on silver ones, and if they would rust or anything like that. answers?

EDIT: Or could i just raw it like u raw SCS?

They wouldn't rust, but it would probably work you just have to make sure you cover the urethane.

my dad has a sand blaster btw. he could do it for ya. u could put like 3 rolls of electric tape on the urethane to cover it up maybeee

ive sandblasted stuff, all ud need to do is put a few layers of painters tape on the urathane, or if u have it, use shrink tape. its not as powerful as u think... well atleast not the one i used. and itll come out a dull grey

layer the urathane with tape and shoe glue, it comes off.. tbh i wouldnt sand blast the in cos i kno people that have blasted through the core and collpapsed while riding, i just use a wire wheel and if there are any scuff marks i use solvent and polish to do the core, or wire wool.. its so nice :) just thought i let u kno
