i broke my arm last year and i rode with the cast on and i cut the cast off 2 weeks early and still rode

They changed it to jan 4th.

i have a broken foot i asked my doctor the same question when i got my cast on and he said that the whole point of a cast was to imobilize it until it is FULLY healed. so i guess after you get it off it is fully healed and therefor ok to ride on, but thats just what my doctor say so i would check with yours.

ride for a week but dont do tricks. just ride. then when your arm feels normal again start slow and go with what your comfortable
